John J. Flynn is an associate with the law firm concentrating in the area of personal injury litigation. Prior to coming to Bouvier Partnership, LLP, Mr. Flynn served as a litigation attorney with Volgenau & Bosse, LLP, and as a homicide prosecutor with the Erie County District Attorney's Office. Mr. Flynn has significant experience in the area of complex toxic tort litigation and all matters of criminal law.

Prior to practicing law in Buffalo, New York, Mr. Flynn served on active duty in the United States Navy. He initially served as a Supply Officer after college and then was accepted into the Judge Advocate General's Corps during law school. He returned to active duty in the Navy after law school serving as an attorney at Pensacola Naval Air Station and then as a staff attorney at the United States Naval Academy, where he also served as an instructor. He currently is a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Naval Reserves.

In addition, Mr. Flynn serves as a Councilman in the Town of Tonawanda.
