Mr. Gomez is a trial lawyer in the firm’s litigation department. He has handled matters in both the State and Federal courts of New York and primarily focuses on the prosecution and defense of personal injury actions.

Mr. Gomez has extensive experience in the handling of matters involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, products liability and toxic exposures. He has tried more than a dozen cases to verdict and maintains an active trial calender.

Mr. Gomez’s practice also includes a broad range of litigation involving all aspects of insurance coverage, as well as commercial and employment issues.
