The primary focus of Mr. Hammond's practice is in the area of personal injury litigation. He has extensive experience in litigating claims involving auto injuries, slip and falls, worksite accidents and nursing home litigation.
Mr. Hammond currently chairs the firm's marketing committee, and has served on the management committee.
Mr. Hammond is admitted to practice law in the courts of the State of New York and in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York. He is a member of the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association, Trial Attorneys and Tort Insurance and Compensation Law Attorneys Sections, as well as the Defense Trial Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute.

Paul F. Hammond is a trial attorney who focuses his practice on personal injury and insurance coverage matters. As a partner in the Litigation Department of Bouvier Partnership, LLP he has successfully tried high exposure cases to verdict in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining the law firm of Bouvier Partnership Mr. Hammond was a trial attorney for one of the nation's largest insurance companies. Mr. Hammond received a dual degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his juris doctorate degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. He is also a graduate of the International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy.
