Mr. Rubin attended college at Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania, where he was a political science major and double-minor in English and fiction writing. He was on the Dean's List from 1995-1999 and was awarded the distinction of Scholar Athlete from 1995-1999. Mr. Rubin played intercollegiate NCAA Division baseball during his four years of college for a top 20 NCAA ranked Division III team, saw his way to the College World Series in 1996, 1997, and 1999, was selected to the North Coast Athletic Conference All-Conference Team and College Baseball's "Team America" in 1997, and was designated as a Division III "Pitcher to Watch" in 1999.
He joins the firm after his tenure as a plaintiff's attorney with experience in litigating Labor Law and negligence cases and appeals, and is excited to join the firm to bring his past experience to bear.
